• Usage data: competitors you add, alerts generated, scan history.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store only the Stripe customer ID.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access logs for security.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To send you alerts, digests, and account notifications you have opted into.
• To process billing and manage your subscription.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase — database and authentication provider.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Sentry — error monitoring (anonymized where possible).

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete all associated data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (available via Settings > Delete Account).
• Export your data in a portable format.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.
