By accessing or using CompetitorRadar (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CompetitorRadar is a competitive intelligence platform that monitors publicly available information on competitor websites and provides analysis and alerts. We scrape only publicly accessible content — the same information visible to any website visitor.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.
• You must not use the Service to monitor websites in violation of their terms of service.
• You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CompetitorRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
